Every Brook and Birch order arrives ready to set up right out of the box.

Just attach the hose to your shower arm, load a filter cartridge into the shower head, and set it in the wall mount. You're ready to shower.

Do I need a plumber to install it?

Will it fit my shower?
Almost certainly.

How often do I need to replace the filter cartridge?
Around every 2-3 months is our recommendation of when to replace your filter, however it depends on how much the shower head is in use.
Your order comes with filter cartridges to get you started, and we'll make it easy to get more when you need them.

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days, with most deliveries arriving within 7 to 14 business days after shipment.

What's your return policy?
